On-Site
Our on-site support includes network and wireless, computers and laptops, printers, security, backup and all other aspects of your IT environment.

Shop
Our complete shop services include:
Upgrades. We can upgrade you from an older computer or laptop to a new one. We will transfer all of your data, including your email and programs.
Repairs. We’ll fix anything more serious that requires bench testing and part replacement, such as hard drives, memory or diagnosing more complicated issues.
Data Recovery & Transfer. We can clone all of your data to a newer, faster hard drive, or recover it from a damaged drive and move it to a new one.
Remote
Remote services are the ultimate in convenience, time and cost savings. Where possible, we can use secure remote software to connect to your home or business equipment to solve a variety of issues you may be having.
With remote access, we can diagnose many computer or network problems and look at equipment connected to your computer or laptop, such as printers. We can also look at issues in your software or programs the same as if we were sitting in front of it.
Our remote maintenance services are performed remotely after hours.
