What Makes Us Different
I’m Jim, owner of JH Computer Services. Established in 2015, the company may be young but the experience goes back decades. The computer bug first bit me while working for a major electronics retailer in the 1980s. Thereafter followed many years working in POS, software development and IT consulting, while also honing my technical and repair skills with various computer platforms, printers, networks and servers in business and home environments.
In time, I became frustrated by what I considered inefficient approaches to traditional IT service that often promoted temporary “Band-Aid® solutions”, leading to repeat visits and large invoices. I knew there was a better way to offer technical support services. JH Computer Services was founded using an approach that doesn’t just address problems after they happen, it focuses on preventing the issues that causes them to start and persist in the first place. Decades of experience has taught me that properly configured and maintained systems are more stable, run with fewer issues and can greatly slash service call frequency and costs while increasing productivity. The benefits are soon clear in the results clients experience.
The industry has greatly changed over the years, but my goal to deliver proactive and affordable IT Services for worry-free technology has not. I take pride in producing great results for my clients.
